When you text a service professional's CRTR-powered number, we may collect:

Your mobile phone number
The content of your text messages, including photos you send
Your name and service history if provided during the conversation
Date and time of messages

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

Facilitate consultations between you and your service professional
Generate AI-assisted responses to your inquiries
Notify the service professional of your consultation details
Improve the accuracy and quality of our AI responses

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for marketing purposes unrelated to your service consultation.

3. SMS Messaging and Opt-In

By texting a CRTR-powered number, you consent to receive automated and human-sent SMS responses related to your service booking and consultation. This is a mobile-originated service — we do not send unsolicited outbound messages. All conversations are initiated by the end user.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP.

4. Data Sharing

We share your information only with:

The service professional whose number you texted
Twilio, Inc. — our SMS infrastructure provider
Anthropic, PBC — our AI response provider
Supabase, Inc. — our database provider

All third-party providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Conversation data is retained for up to 12 months to support ongoing client relationships with your service professional. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data. All data is stored in secured, access-controlled databases with row-level security.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
